   About Ben........

Ben has lived in Northern Kentucky his entire life.  He graduated from Lloyd Memorial High School in 1995 and shortly after entered classes at Northern Kentucky University where he recieved his Bachelors of Arts degree in Speech Communication and a minor in Psychology.  Ben has been working full time in real estate for five years primarily as a buyers agent.  He transitioned from working as a buyers agent to working with banks listing their foreclosures.  Ben currently work with many banks, investors and home owners as their primary real estate agent.  He has purchased many properties himself as invstments so he know the "ins and outs" of investment properties.  Ben is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Northern Kentucky Association of Realtors, Greater Louisville Association of Realtors and the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors.  Ben is also a licensed agent in Ohio.

As a home owner you have many choices when choosing a real estate professional, and commission rate is normally the main consideration when deciding who to use to market your home.  You shouldn't have to pay an agent six or seven percent of your home's equity.  I can offer all the same services you would get from a seven percent listing fee for much less.  As licensed real estate agents, we all have the same tools available to us to market your home.
