- I do the leg-work for you - I search the MLS several times daily and can advise you immediately of all listings that meet your needs. No more driving up and down streets looking for signs in the yard. It is always a good idea to have your own buyers’ agent. Just calling the agent who has the house listed is not always the best idea. The listing agent represents the seller, and during contract negotiations you want to have your own representation with someone that has your best interest at heart.
- Assisting you with Financing Options - Save time and aggravation by getting pre-qualified with a mortgage lender or broker before even starting the home search process. When you find the home that you want, you will need to be prepared, in order to get serious consideration when submitting an offer to purchase your dream home.
- Making the offer - I will run a list of comparable properties in the area, so you can be sure that your offer is fair. You don't want to pay too much!
- Negotiating the contract terms - This is an area that can be uncomfortable for buyers. That is what you have me for!
- Assisting you with the Home Inspection process - I highly recommend that you consult a home inspector when purchasing a home. I will also assist you if the contract needs to be renegotiated after the inspection.
- Closing - I will be with you far beyond just finding the perfect house. I will work with the title company, assist you to schedule the closing and help you to review your closing documents. We don't want these to be wrong and slow you from getting into your new home.
